What are Reps or Repeat Workouts?

Reps or repeat workouts are runs that are intended to improve your speed and economy.  They are typically run at your current mile race pace and last no longer than 2 minutes in duration.  Because they are faster than interval training your recovery is typically 2-3 times the workout bout.
